ticinoWEB AI WEB Agent is the site’s chat assistant: it answers visitors with information from the site itself and the company’s PDF documents, and collects appointment or contact requests.
What it does
- Answers with site content: pages, services and price list, WooCommerce products, team, articles, opening hours and contacts, plus the custom theme content you choose.
- Reads your PDFs (new in 1.4.0): price lists, catalogs, regulations, data sheets. The text is read once and the assistant uses it to answer, stating which document the information comes from, even if the question is in another language.
- Two modes: appointment requests (with Apple Calendar synchronization) or generation of commercial contacts.
- Gemini or OpenAI, with the site key.
Where to configure
- AI WEB Agent → Settings: mode, company data, AI model and key, chat appearance, quick buttons.
- AI WEB Agent → Knowledge Base: what the assistant knows, additional knowledge and PDF Documents (Add PDF, Re‑read, Remove, Test a question).
- AI WEB Agent → Appointments / Requests: the requests received from the chat.
