The supplier price list, already in your ERP.

Enter your Otto Fischer reseller account and tick the categories you need. Odoo creates the products with purchase price, image, brand, manufacturer part number, weight, technical data and the link to the supplier’s page.

If a product already exists it is updated, not duplicated. Otto Fischer prices quoted for 100 pieces are converted to a per‑unit price.

There are three numbered steps: check the login, read the categories, download the products. The longer task runs in the background with a progress bar: you can close the page and resume whenever you like. The guide is inside Odoo.

When the supplier changes prices you simply rerun the download: costs and data are refreshed on existing products. If the shop shows prices inclusive of VAT, you enter the percentage once and Odoo removes it before saving the purchase price.

You can set a percentage markup: the sale price follows the supplier price. With a zero markup your sale prices are never altered. An archived product remains excluded permanently, so you decide what to keep.

Each download is logged with how many products were created, updated or failed, and the reason for each error.

ELDAS is the product database for the Swiss electrical sector: ETIM class and technical specifications, texts in Italian, German and French, weight and customs tariff code. Odoo matches each imported product with ELDAS via the EAN/GTIN code or, if missing, the manufacturer’s part number.

When it finds it, the record is enriched with the ELDAS number, ETIM class, technical specifications, customs tariff code and weight, and the description is filled in if it was empty. The check runs automatically after each supplier download and shows how many products were found.

ELDAS does not contain your selling prices: the prices come from the supplier. To use ELDAS you need the license for its web service, which ELDAS provides directly: we can help you request it and connect it.

The imported products are full Odoo products: you add them to customer quotes, purchase orders to the supplier, inventory and invoices with Swiss QR invoice.

Purchase price and selling price are on the same product sheet, so you prepare a quote using always up‑to‑date data.
