Description
Appointment system for Opticians allows your customers to book an appointment online for a visit, an eye exam or a pickup, choosing service, day and time from a calendar on the site. You don’t have to answer phone or email to confirm.
What it does
- Booking calendar to place on any page with the shortcode
[booking_calendar]: shows only the days and times that are truly free. - Instant confirmation: the appointment is confirmed immediately and the client receives the email.
- Google Calendar: appointments end up in your calendar and the events you already have there block the times on the site.
- Weekly cycle schedule: you can alternate different weeks (for example an open Saturday every two weeks). Each week shows the dates it refers to, so you always know what you are modifying.
- Closures and holidays: single days or periods when booking is not possible.

In the menu Bookings of the Dashboard: Bookings, Calendar, Hours and Closures, Mail Management e Google Calendar.
