KESI SA of Riazzino repairs stamps and dents without repainting (PDR – Paintless Dent Removal) throughout Switzerland, even after hailstorms, working with body shops, dealers, fleets and insurers. A business with very particular processes that no standard software truly covered: therefore ticinoWEB built a custom Odoo ERP for KESI.
The challenge
Each job starts with counting the stamps on the vehicle, which determines the cost according to the insurance rates in force in Switzerland. The same job must then be presented in two different ways: to the customer with their prices and to the stamp‑removal technician with their fees. On top of that, there are external technicians, commissions and invoicing with Swiss QR invoices.
The solution: Odoo modules developed for KESI
- Stamp‑Removal Module to record stamps and automatically calculate costs based on insurance rates; the calculation starts already when the quote is saved.
- Two‑level quotes: the same case generates the quote for the customer and the one for the technician, each with its own costs.
- From quotes to invoices in one click, with QR invoices for Switzerland and billing status always visible.
- Stamp‑Removal Portal for external technicians, with management of their payments and labor costs.
- Commissions for sellers, area managers and for those who refer new jobs or new technicians, calculated automatically.
- Custom prints of quotes and work documents, with attachments linked to the case.
Accounting and ongoing support
In addition to the custom modules, we implemented accounting in Odoo with the related training, and we support KESI with assistance packages and a dedicated Odoo server with daily backups.
The next step: from Odoo 14 to Odoo 19
The database migration from Odoo 14 to Odoo 19 is underway, together with the 12 custom modules developed for KESI. The new version also plans a new module dedicated to hail damage and a telemarketing module for Google Business listings.
