Description

IBSA Menu allows customers to order the daily menu by selecting one course at a time, with the price updating automatically and on‑site pickup, without ever seeing product pages or shipping.

What it does

  • Menu guidato: the customer chooses the menu (shortcode [ibsa_select_menu]), then one course after the other. Optional courses can be skipped, those already covered by the rules are not even offered.
  • Prezzo del menu: the total depends on the selected menu, not on the sum of individual dishes.
  • A menu per order: if a menu is already in the cart, another cannot be added by mistake; the customer completes the order or empties the cart.
  • Luogo di ritiro: cart and checkout refer to pickup, not shipping. The location chosen in the last order is suggested for the next one. In the cart there are no lines asking for the address again.
  • Menu only, no product pages: the dish names in the cart are not links and whoever opens a product address returns to the home. Admin and merchants still see them.
  • Kitchen receipt: each line of the order retains menu, course and dish, and they are read by the Star CloudPRNT printer.

For those who have already ordered, the data that WooCommerce keeps in shipping_method, so it works immediately. If the location is no longer available the default is used, and a choice already made in the session is never overwritten.
