Description

TW Formulari turns every submission of your site’s form into a tidy PDF and emails it.

What it does

  • Intercepts the submission of the chosen form (Elementor Pro Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, or a custom HTML form).
  • Creates an A4 PDF with all filled fields, organized into numbered sections according to the form steps.
  • Sends the PDF to an internal copy and automatically confirms each valid email address entered by the visitor.
  • If you add, rename or reorder fields in the form, the PDF adapts automatically.
  • The PDF is deleted immediately after sending: no form data remains in the database.

Where it is set

In the WordPress menu, entry TW Formulari: choose the form system, select the form by name from the list, set internal copy, PDF header and email text, then open the preview.
