Websites / Food Delivery

Online orders for your venue, without third‑party commissions.

We create websites and food‑delivery apps for pizzerias and restaurants: your customers order from their phone, you receive the order printed in the kitchen and get paid without intermediaries.

Let’s talk about your venue

For pizza makers

You focus on the oven, we handle the orders

Customers order online, the order prints in the kitchen and you get back to baking.

In short

For those who live on deliveries and take‑away.

With ticinoWEB your venue gets a website and, if you wish, a dedicated ordering app: clear menu with add‑ons and variants, choice of home delivery or pickup, online payment and an order that prints itself in the kitchen. No commissions to external platforms: customers and revenues stay yours.

We have done it, among others, for Pizza Flash, pioneer of online pizza in Ticino and a reference point for home delivery in Locarno; for Mache Pizza in Lugano, with website and app; for Pizza Style, with the order arriving directly on the venue’s printer; and for Little Inka, with the poké and sushi app.

Food delivery for pizzerias: questions and answers

How do orders arrive at the pizzeria?

Orders arrive directly on your venue’s printer: as soon as the customer confirms, the order prints in the kitchen, ready to be prepared.

It’s the system we use, for example, for Pizza Style in Lugano: once the pizza is ordered online, the order arrives on the venue’s printer.

Can I manage the menu, prices and extras myself?

Yes: pizzas, variants, extras and options (including gluten‑free) are managed from the site panel, without touching the code.

We can also take care of it for you with our support service.

Can the customer choose between home delivery and on‑site pickup?

Yes, the customer chooses whether to have the order delivered to home or to pick it up on site. For delivery they enter the ZIP code, so the system checks that it’s within your area.

How are delivery zones set up?

Delivery zones are set by ZIP code, based on where you actually deliver. The customer enters their ZIP code before ordering and instantly sees if they are served.

Which payment methods can be offered?

Payment methods are configured according to the venue. For Pizza Style, for example, customers can pay online with TWINT, PostFinance and VISA cards.

Payment is handled by the chosen payment networks: ticinoWEB sets up the connection with the site.

Can I receive orders without paying commissions to external platforms?

Yes: with your own website or app, orders come directly to you, without third‑party commissions on sales. Only the possible fees of the payment network you choose remain.

Is an app also needed for iPhone and Android?

It’s not mandatory, but it helps regular customers: with a dedicated app they find saved addresses, favorite dishes and order history and can repeat an order in a few taps.

We did it for Mache Pizza, for Mr Joe & Da Mè and for Little Inka.

Can I have multiple locations or venues on the same site?

Yes, multiple locations are managed in a single website or a single app: the customer chooses the location and then delivery or pickup. It is Little Inka's solution, with its locations in Biasca, Rivera and Bellinzona.

How do I get customers to come back?

With tools designed for loyalty: customer account, favorite dishes, order history and, when needed, point programs like Little Inka's Health Dots.

Is the pizzeria's website on Google?

Yes: every ticinoWEB site is built with SEO structure, structured data and texts readable by search engines and AI assistants. To rank better locally you can add Google campaigns and social media management.

How much does it cost and how long does it take to have the ordering website?

It depends on the menu, number of locations, payments and requested features, so there is no single price. After a free initial consultation with no obligation you receive a clear proposal with cost and timeline for your project.

Contact us via the Contact page.

Who helps me if something doesn’t work?

ticinoWEB follows customers even after delivery: you can open a ticket from the Support page and the request goes to the responsible technician.

Can I see examples of pizzerias and restaurants you have created?

Yes: among our works are Pizza Flash, Mache Pizza, Pizza Style and Little Inka. Other cases are on the References page.
